  • 395 – ‘his own portrait by Reynolds; an etching of the key, to the panorama of Paris – scarce; the panorama of London; views in Paris, &c. – 12’. Bought by ‘Colnaghi’ for 2s 6d
  • 396 – ‘sketches of landscapes, in water colours – very fine – 5’. Bought by ‘Wm Wells’ for £1 13s
  • 397 – ‘drawings in water-colours – cathedral of St. Paul’s; St. Paul’s, Covent Garden; an elaborate sketch, in pencil, Interior of a cathedral; a sketch in pencil, of Teignmouth; a drawing in bistre, of St. George’s Row, Tyburn; and a study of farm houses – 6’. Bought by ‘Palser’ for 8s (TG0036; TG1457; TG1745)
  • 398 – ‘coloured drawings, views of London, the drawings taken on the spot which afterward served to paint the large panorama – a very beautiful series – 7’. Bought by ‘C. Hall’ for £5 15s (TG1851; TG1854; TG1855; TG1857; TG1859; TG1861)

Joseph Mallord William Turner (1775–1851)

  • 584 – ‘military costumes, etched by Dayes, and coloured by Mr. Turner – very curious; a vignette frontispiece, in sepia, for the views in Sussex – 7’. Bought by ‘Lambe’ for £3 10s
