- 27 – ‘Norwich’, 12 ½ × 18 ¾ in (31.8 × 47.6 cm). Unsold at a reserve of £21 10s (TG0056) (a note in the Palser Records suggests an attribution to ‘Cotman’)
- 28 – ‘Valle Crucis Abbey’, 8 ½ × 11 ¾ in (21.6 × 29.9 cm). Bought by ‘Grundy & Smith’ for £19 19s (TG1343)
- 29 – ‘Jedburgh’, 15 × 12 in (38.1 × 30.5 cm). ‘From the Heugh Collection’. Bought by ‘Arnold’ for £27 6s (TG1230) (despite the note, the work appears not to have been sold as it reappeared in a later sale from the collection of Charles James Pooley (1836–1900)) (Capes & Dunn, Manchester, 28 February 1882, lot 40 )
